It was something she wanted for birthday which was Aug 25

It was something she wanted for birthday which was Aug 25, I placed the order on Aug 5. Had I known beforehand that it would take a month to get it I would have not placed the order because it did not arrive before her birthday. The neckless arrived intact but the chain was in nots and had to be untangled.
