  • STONE AND STRAND is looking for an outstanding CX Associate to assist in managing all touchpoints with our customers from emails to phone calls, including but not limited to the handling of repairs, returns, and exchanges.     Responsibilities and Duties

    • Serve as the key customer advocate within the company, ensuring customer happiness
    • Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
    • Answer incoming customer calls
    • Oversee processing of repairs, returns, and exchanges
    • See and utilize customer feedback on all aspects of their experience
    • Participate in quarterly stock counts of our inventory

  • STONE AND STRAND is looking for an outstanding part-time Ecommerce Associate to oversee the fulfillment and shipment of our goods, and to process with repairs and returns – in order to keep our customers happy! In this role, you will be responsible for processing repairs and returns, and ensuring that these get done in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for helping with the daily shipment of our orders to customers. We’re a fast-moving company obsessed with delivering the best possible customer experience, and this role is absolutely central to our success. The ideal candidate will be highly accountable, reliable, organized, have a positive attitude and be action-oriented.


    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Package and ship ecommerce and wholesale orders on a daily basis
    • Receive returns and exchanges, and process replacements for the customer where relevant Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of the product
    • Ensure that returns are logged accurately and promptly
    • Input clear customer account notes in internal computer systems, communicating return reasons, customer feedback, and instructions to ensure accurate processing
    • Receive repairs, manage jewelry repairs with our vendors, and send out fixed items to our customers
    • Participate in quarterly stock counts of our inventory

    Qualifications and Skills
