Our store is located in SOHO, New York at 21B Crosby Street, NY, NY 10013.

We are currently open by appointment only, please make an appointment here at least 48 hours before visiting in order to ensure that we have the specific pieces that you would like to see! 

Appointment hours

Wednesday-Saturday: 11am - 7pm

Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

Yes you do need to make an appointment before visiting the store to see specific pieces of jewelry that we don’t have on display. For any returns or repairs, you will also have to make an appointment. Please process your return or repair request online here before stopping by with your order.

Walk-ins are allowed for our Bound Bracelet welding sessions!

Yes. Once you provide us with the email address attached to your STONE AND STRAND shopping credit, we will be able to apply the STONE AND STRAND shopping credit to your purchase.

Yes we do! Just ask us for our complimentary gift packaging that includes a ribbon, gift bag and gift note.

If you aren't satisfied with a purchase, you have 100 days from your date of purchase to return or exchange your purchase in store or online. 

There will be a $12.50 return fee for a credit card refund, and a return fee of $5 if the refund is in STONE AND STRAND shopping credit. 

Please fill in the online return form here before coming to the store, or have your information and receipt ready to do so at the store. Once your return has been accepted by us, you’re all set to hand your return to the store.

Yes. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and in its original packaging.  There is a $12.50 return fee for online purchases refunded to the original payment method, and a reduced $5 return fee if you opt for STONE AND STRAND shopping credit.

Please get your return started here. Once your return has been accepted by us, you’re all set to bring your return to the store.

We do not accept exchanges for our pieces. However, if the piece you received was a gift, you may exchange your gift for STONE AND STRAND shopping credit. There will be a $5 processing fee deducted from the STONE AND STRAND shopping credit amount.
