Not only is the earring beautiful, but the customer service surrounding my purchase was exemplary. When I found it and saw it was sold out, I emailed to ask if it would be restocked. S&S responded they would let me know. About a month later, they did and said it would be restocked and it could be waitlisted. When there were problems with the site to be able to waitlist, I contacted again and asked for assistance to put me on waitlist which again - they did immediately and then contacted me to advise I could pre-purchase it and it would ship as soon as it came back into stock. It came before Christmas and was my Christmas gift from my husband. Have put it into my second piercing on my ear and have no plans to remove it. It serves as a daily tribute to a remarkable woman who made it her mission to give us a voice, to give us a choice and to get us a seat at the table. Thank you for offering this earring.
