What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping on both the order and return is fully complimentary within the USA. Orders under $1000 are shipped using USPS / DHL and orders above $1000 are shipped using UPS / FedEx.
If you are an international customer, we ship to over 130 countries! We offer complimentary international shipping for all orders. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your international return.
Please note that custom and import taxes are not included in the purchase price for international orders. You will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our unique curation of fine jewelry means we often have pieces made-to-order by our designers. Availability for each piece is noted within the product description page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something in a snap.
Some of our most special pieces are handmade and may require sourcing of special materials, requiring 4-6 weeks to deliver. Once we have the piece in-house, processing & delivery take 2-5 days. Who is liable for the jewelry as it is being shipped?
We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.
For added security, we require a signature for all orders over $500 USD. If you choose to waive this, note that we will not be responsible if your package goes missing!
