What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping on both the order and return is fully complimentary within the USA. Orders under $1000 are shipped using USPS / DHL and orders above $1000 are shipped using UPS / FedEx.

We ship to over 130 countries. If your order is UNDER $500, you will be charged for shipping. If OVER $500, we will gladly pay for shipping. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your international return.

Custom and import taxes are not included in the purchase price for all international orders under $500 USD. For a limited time, we will be including all custom and import taxes in the purchase price for international orders over $500USD. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our unique curation of fine jewelry means we often have pieces made-to-order by our designers.  Availability for each piece is noted within the product description page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something in a snap.

Some of our most special pieces are handmade and may require sourcing of special materials, requiring 4-6 weeks to deliver. Once we have the piece in-house, processing & delivery take 2-5 days. If you need something by a specific date, it never hurts to confirm shipping times with us before purchasing by calling +1 855 755 3935 or emailing questions@stoneandstrand.com.

Who is liable for the jewelry as it is being shipped?

We fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require a signature for all orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier.
