Orders & Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the latest date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. Based on location and order value, your order will ship with one of the following methods:

Standard USPS Shipping: ~7-10 Business Days. Allow up to 3-5 additional business days for order processing.

UPS / FEDEX 2 Day Shipping: ~2 Business Days. Allow 2-3 Business days for order processing. Subject to verification and approval. Made-to-order items ship when ready.

Please note that any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

In order to offer a broad selection of jewelry on our website, we do not carry all of our pieces in stock.

Some special pieces are made-to-order. This means that these items are handmade after you place your order which can take anywhere between two to four weeks. Some pieces may also require sourcing of special materials, requiring 4-6 weeks to deliver. Once we have the piece in-house, processing & delivery take up to 2 business days.  If there's a specific date you need your piece by, contact us and we will do our best to ensure you receive your piece in time.

Availability for each piece is noted within the product description page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something in a snap. If you need something by a specific date, it never hurts to confirm shipping times with us before purchasing by calling +1 855 755 3935 or emailing atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com.

Once you place your order, your order is expected to ship out on the estimated shipping date listed in your order confirmation email. Note that this is the estimated shipping date from the date you added the item to your cart, not the date when you checked out. Please add the additional number of days between when you added to cart and when you checked out to this shipping date for a more accurate estimate. If there are multiple dates please note that all items will ship together on the latest date listed and this is the date when your package will leave our warehouse.

We offer complimentary partial shipments for some of our orders:

Orders over $300 are partially shipped if there are pieces in stock ready for shipment. The second portion of your order will ship around the estimated ship date provided for the product(s) as it needs to be handmade just for you.

Orders less than $300 will ship altogether on the latest date listed and this is the date when your package should leave our warehouse.

Orders with expedited shipping are partially shipped the same day with the method selected if ordered is placed before or by 12PM EST. The second part of the shipment will be shipped via free standard shipping.

Yes! We offer overnight shipping for domestic orders for $35. 

If you place your order before 12PM EST, your item will ship out the same business day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next day via overnight shipping. All orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed on Monday, for a Tuesday delivery.

Please note that only in-stock items will ship out according to the schedule above. All other items including engraved, personalized, made-to-order items will ship out via our free standard shipping when ready. If you are unsure, please contact us to confirm that the product you are purchasing is in stock and available to be shipped out same day.

Yes! We offer same-day messenger service in Manhattan for an additional $15. Please contact us if you would like to select this option. We can then confirm that the product you are purchasing is in stock and available to be messengered to you same day. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST, otherwise they will be delivered the following business day. This service is unavailable on the weekends or during any U.S. holidays.

As a small independent company, we are not currently able to offer international shipping. Please visit our retail partner Net A Porter to continue to shop our collection, and stop by to visit us in NYC whenever you make the trip stateside.

We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.

In addition, we record the packaging of all orders on video to ensure that we are able to identify any mistakes in packaging or theft that might occur before your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

  • Please make sure that you are in love with everything in your cart before completing your purchase.  If you need to cancel your order please email us with your order number at atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com within one hour of placing your order. Our fulfillment team works at lightning speed to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • Please make sure that everything is correct before you complete your purchase! We cannot change orders after they have been placed, however, we can cancel your order if you email us within one hour of placing it. Please email us at atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com along with your order number and we are happy to help!

  • Please enter your address into your order check out to determine if you are charged sales tax in your state. For US customers only.

  • There are a few reasons why your credit card purchase attempt may be declined. This is usually caused by the billing zip code being incorrect. If that is not the case, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com so that we can work to find a solution! We would also highly suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance. 

    If there is a declined payment attempt on your credit card, you will see pending charges placed on your account. This is an Authorization Hold placed by your bank caused by an attempted transaction, and the money has NOT been taken out of your account. The pending Authorization Hold should be cleared from your account in approximately 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

  • In order to protect customers from fraud, we employ a suite of security measures. Amongst other measures, we may contact you via email or phone to confirm certain details before your order is processed. Proof of identity or address may be requested to verify your purchase.

    We also work with a third-party service to screen transactions that are at high risk for fraud. You may receive a call or email from NoFraud to confirm order details if your transaction had irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number, or any other personal information.
