What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Online credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Alternatively, if you’d like to make your payment via Paypal or bank transfer, no problem - please contact us directly to do so.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax applies to orders shipping to New York state.


International orders are subject to customs and import duties. You will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

In your order history, pieces you order will be annotated as “pending” or “completed” depending on its transaction status. For more information about shipping times, or status on custom orders, please contact atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com or call us at 1 855 775 3935.

How do I enter a promotional code?

You’ll see an option for entering your promo code on the checkout page under Order Summary (”Add promotion code”).

Why won't my promo code work?

Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:

1) The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion. Click here to view exclusions.

2) Your promo code has expired.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

You may only use one promo code per order. If you have two valid Stone & Strand promo codes, please choose the one you want to use more.

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We know that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing or fit, please reach out to atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com before placing your order.

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions for sizing or fit issues. What if a Final Sale item I ordered arrived damaged?

Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?

We are happy to match the new price within 2 weeks of the order date. Contact us at atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do! Please add a note on the first checkout page in the Additional Product Information section and we’ll gift wrap your item and include a handwritten note with your custom gift message.

Can I customize my order?

Please reach out to us at atyourservice@stoneandstrand.com if you’d like to customize your order. For custom ring sizes and custom chain lengths, there may be an additional charge.
