What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover, as well as Paypal. Online credit card payments are processed by Stripe. If you'd like to pay via check or wire transfer, no problem - please reach out directly to do so.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax applies to orders shipping to New York state and all international orders under $500. 

Can I buy from you if I live outside of the US?

Yes, we ship to more than 130 countries around the world. If your order is UNDER $500, you will be charged for shipping. If OVER $500, we will gladly pay for shipping.

How do I review my order history?

If I'm an international customer, will I be charged custom and import taxes?

Custom and import taxes are not included in the purchase price for all international orders under $500 USD. For a limited time, we will be including all custom and import taxes in the purchase price for international orders over $500USD. 

How do I check the status of my order?

How do I enter a promotional code?

You’ll see an option for entering a promo code on the checkout page, on the right-hand side of your Order Summary (”Add promotion code”). Unless stated as otherwise, promo codes do not apply to Sale items.

Why won't my promo code work?

Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons: 1) The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion 2) Your promo code has expired.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

No, you may only use one promo code per order.
